Imperial Stout aged in Booker’s, Heaven Hill, & Buffalo Trace 10 Year Bourbon Barrels - 15.8%To celebrate the momentous occasion of our 10th Anniversary, we’ve built a blend that emphasizes a deep barrel character, comprised of 7 components crafted across our 3 brewing locations. The tenth edition of our Anniversary Ale is a blend of imperial stouts aged in Bookers Bourbon, Buffalo Trace 10 year Bourbon, and Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with maturation spanning 18 - 36 months.Notes of black strap molasses, cacao, and fresh roasted espresso pull you deep into layers of dark fruits, caramelized sugar and semi-sweet chocolate frosting.
