Carmel Bistro
Sous Chef


This key position will serve on the Carmel Bistro culinary management team as the "second-in-command" of the kitchen. You are responsible for creating, supporting, and ensuring the food served to our guests is delicious and meets the highest quality standards. This is a full time salaried exempt position reporting to the Executive Chef.


Carmel Bistro
Line Cook


Reporting to the Executive Chef, this critical position will produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the executive chef and sous chef. You are responsible for supporting and ensuring the standards, protocols and processes established by the Executive Chef are in compliance. This position is located at our Carmel Bistro and is an hourly full-time position.


Carmel Bistro Host


Are you friendly, professional, and great with people? Reporting to the General Manager, this critical position fulfills and exceeds guests’ expectations by greeting our guests and overseeing dining room activities to create an exceptional dining experience. This position is located at our Carmel Bistro and is an hourly position with hours that will vary based on business needs.


Carmel Bistro Busser


Are you looking to start your career in restaurants and hospitality, friendly, service oriented and professional? Reporting to the General Manager this critical position fulfills and exceeds guests’ expectations by assisting service staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization on the floor to create an exceptional dining experience. This position is located at our Carmel Bistro and is an hourly position with hours that will vary based on business needs.


Monterey Brewpub Line Cook


This critical position will produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the executive chef and sous chef. You are responsible for supporting and ensuring the standards, protocols and processes established by the Executive Chef are in compliance. This position is located at our Monterey Brewpub and is an hourly full-time position.


Monterey Brewpub Host/Busser


Host/Busser is a great way to begin to grow your career in food service. The ideal candidate will be flexible and enjoy working this hybrid position. You work both host and busser shifts providing excellent guest service and support to the service team to create an exceptional dining experience. This position is located at our Monterey Brewpub and is an hourly position with hours that will vary based on business needs.


Merchandise Coordinator


This multifaceted entry level position is ideal for those interested in retail design, merchandising, and marketing. You will be engaged in both behind the scenes work as well as direct customer interaction. The Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and allocating all merchandise items that the Retail Manager purchases. This is an hourly position that has potential to grow into a management position or other opportunities in the marketing department.


Junior Cellar Operations


This is an entry level position for those interested in beginning a career in the brewing industry and working in a fast-paced, production focused brewery. This cellar utility position requires a high attention to detail and quick ability to learn cellaring practices from senior cellar people. This is a full-time, hourly position located at our Salinas Production Facilty that has potential to grow into a management position or other opportunities in the brewery.
