After more than 12 years of brewing, we've learned a lot about how we like to make beer. Castroville is the next chapter of that journey, a new production facility built around everything we've learned, while giving us room to keep growing, experimenting, and pushing our craft forward.

From the equipment to the smallest details, we wanted the space to feel unmistakably Alvarado. The manway glasses throughout the brewery each carry a piece of our history, featuring artwork, beers, and moments that helped get us here. It's a new home for our beer, but a lot of what makes Alvarado Alvarado is built right into it.
