Built around Yakima Chief Hop's selected Columbus Cryo blend from their annual harvest showcase in Yakima, where brewers chase the loudest, most unapologetically resinous CTZ lots of the season. Their favorite blend hit the road on the West Coast Dank Drive tour and made a planned stop at our Salinas production brewery, so we put it straight to work. The result is oily as hell, throwing off sticky resin, freshly lit flower, grapefruit and tangerine oil, and a punch of spicy tropical fruit, backed by a firm bitterness and a dry, snappy finish.
