Chinooked on a Feeling

Single Hop Pale Ale - 5.5%

A Pale Ale inspired by the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest hopped with Chinook, and only Chinook, hops. It features a blend of two hand selected lots sourced from Virgil Gamache Farms in the Yakima Valley and Coleman Alluvial Hop Farm just south of Salem, Oregon. We love the classic combination of grapefruit and spruce, but we are really floored by the layers of pineapple, lemongrass, key lime and apricot that are following right behind. Crafted to be as oily and resinous as possible, but still maintain a refreshing balance. This liquid has got us all up in our Cascade Mountain range feels, and we are hooked.
