We carved into 5 of our most prized barrel aged blends—aged in 7 different types of spirit barrels over a span of 24-30 months. From this complex expression of our cellar we layered in a blend of decadent pumpkin spices, leaving a lasting impression of silly pumpkin pie swirled around ribbons of bourbon-infused chocolate fudge that give way to a satisfying, savory finish. We'll never be able to make a blend quite like this again.
