But maybe something a little maltier, a little cozier… a good amber ale? How does a base of Maris Otter and Munich malt for some bready richness sound? Layer in a couple specialty malts for depth and a subtle sweetness? Hints of nougat, apple peel and citrus to keep things interesting? Well, that's just what we did.
