Hopeless Devotion is an exploration in combining unique and complex expressions from our cellar of spirit barrel-aged beers. This third iteration brings together a blend of three different Imperial Stouts and a Barleywine, aged for 18 to 45 months in Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace 10 Year, Booker's Bourbon, and Caribbean Rum barrels. Notes of dark caramel, chocolate fudge, and maple-soaked dates invite you into waves of bold bourbon barrel, dark fruit, and blackstrap molasses, with a warm, inviting finish.
