Blended Barrel Aged Barleywine - 14.5%

After a brief hiatus, we open our cellar once more. We began by marrying two carefully selected Sazerac barrels that help American Barleywine for 28 months with a Willet barrel that aged English Barleywine for 23 months. Lastly, we blended in a small portion of Imperial Stout/Strong Ale aged in a Willet barrel for 24 months to maintain uniform character and drive a deeper complexity into the glass. Expressive character of caramel, coconut, toasted marshmallow skin and Raisinets lend themselves to a classic profile of tobacco, leather, and fig. We bring you Fine Adjustment; a blended barleywine.
