What began as a daydream, carefully coalesced in a blend of pot still molasses rum barrel aged barleywines and a Wild Turkey bourbon barrel aged imperial stout, with heaps of toasted coconut, almonds, and a touch of vanilla to flavor a true confectionary delight. Bold notes of rum on the pour fade into a sea of macaroons and almond brittle, that open to expressive layers of rum soaked pound cake - holding true to a classic profile of dark fruits, cassia bark, and caramelized sugars.
