Foeder Fermented Saison with Lilac & Elderflower – 5.7%

Back in June of 2019 we had the pleasure of hosting the Other Half crew to brew a beer that draws on the unique spring landscapes of our home states. After a six month rest in an American white oak foeder, we conditioned this mixed fermentation saison upon California elderflowers and New York lilacs. Notes of fragrant lilac and floral elderflower are met with white pepper, toasted oak, and candied lime revealing a nuanced beer with a delicate acidity.
